For over 50 years, Grob Aircraft has been a cornerstone of German aviation engineering. From our home base at the Mindelheim-Mattsies airfield, we have designed, certified, and delivered more than 3,500 aircraft worldwide. Our name is synonymous with quality, reliability, and precision manufacturing.

Now, we are defining the future of air combat. In a landmark partnership with our mother company Helsing, we are developing the CA-1 Europa—an autonomous, uncrewed combat aerial vehicle that represents the next chapter in air dominance. This program combines our proven expertise in aircraft design and production with cutting-edge artificial intelligence.

We are offering permanent positions for mission-driven engineers to join our team directly at the source - where the aircraft is being built. This is your chance to be part of a future-defining UCAV project while being grounded in the hands-on environment of a world-renowned aircraft manufacturer.
