Technical Internal Sales (m/w/d)

YOUR AREA OF RESPONSIBILITY

  • You will prepare project and product calculations as well as marketing and sales documents
  • You will also be responsible for the preparation of quotations with the corresponding references and evidence
  • You check quotation requests and evaluate them together with your colleagues
  • You control sales processes through your independent working style
  • To do this, you coordinate with customers and internal interfaces
  • The handling of general administrative sales activities also runs across your desk
  • You will also support our sales campaigns with your planning and organisational skills
  • You have a watchful eye and can therefore optimise our existing process flows
  • Finally, you monitor compliance with deadlines and keep an eye on time-critical tasks
 

YOUR TOOLS/KNOWLEDGE

  • Completed commercial training with professional experience in a technical environment from internal sales, project management or purchasing or a completed degree in a relevant field
  • Very good MS Office skills (especially Word and Excel)
  • Business fluent in German and English, further foreign language skills are an advantage
  • Technical affinity
  • High quality awareness as well as structured and calm approach even in time-critical projects
  • Willingness to travel occasionally worldwide
